Camera Critters

Camera Critters was started by
Misty Dawn.
Pay her a visit!

Recently we've had a lot of visits from Collared Doves. They look rather large eating at our bird-table, but they haven't co-operated very well with my photographic efforts.
This one was disgusted to find someone had already eaten the food.

He hopped down onto the stones to rest under the tree.
The colours match pretty well!

There are always plenty of lovely pictures on the
Camera Critters
site.
Visit and enjoy.

It looks like a bird-table day here.

We have too many of them! They have no enemies here! But your photos are great!
Thanks for the visit and have a nice day!

The pebbels colours and the dove colours are echoed on one another. I think these are such sweet looking birds. Very clumsy fliers, well our garden ones are but beautiful, like your images.

We have a dove that sits on the railing of our deck. It will stay there as long as I don't make a move toward it. I love to hear them in the evening. Love the colors in the last one.

Smart critter, to get into the shade. I love the way he blends with the stones.

I love mourning doves .. we had a couple who would come and sit on the back fence and coooooo .. the two cats loved sitting and thinking of how fun it would be to chase them

Doves are so sweet. we have two pair that hang with us here. Love waking up to their 'voices' in the morning.

Terrific shots!

I'm making the rounds late this week...

There is something soul-soothing about doves. Listening to them calms me in a way that nothing else can. Maybe I was a bird in another life?? LOL ;o)
