I didn't mention last week (I was so very tired with excursions in hot weather that my brain stopped working!) that my lucky photo of the vain stork was taken at Wild Ireland.

Kind neighbours

are a true blessing

We have had nearly a week of snow and ice, and I've been unable to leave the house.

Neighbours have been checking to see if I needed anything, and one even came to the door.

 

Yes, I know those of you who live with snowy weather will laugh at such a tiny quantity, but we get so little snow here that we never know how to cope with it!
