Odd Shots On Monday - High and Dry.

I tried this earlier, but Blogger wouldn't let me post pictures.
Still, I've managed now.

This old boat sits beside the road. Some time ago it was for sale, but no-one wanted it. Now it holds a collection of flower tubs.
The nearest lake is some distance away, and the sea is further!

Odd Shots is hosted by Katney - visit her for more participants.

A new use for an old boat. She doesn't look in too bad a condition.

Mother nature will have her own way eventually. What a creative use for an unwanted boat, and yes odd.

Well, that looks like a good alternative -- adds a bit of beauty to the neighborhood. Come and see mine.

So that's what a flower boat looks like. Never saw one of those when I sailed.

Very cool! I like it, it's very eclectic and natural and nautical at the same time. Great shot!

Well, somtimes we just have to adjust our expectations. Silly trying to sell such a boat so far from the waters.

Yacht with planters in it? As a sailor, I'm not sure about this one.

Certainly a unique flower pot!

Hi Dragonstar! I posted a post just for you. I saw a dragon tatoo on a woman's back at a concert where Ricky Nelson's son were playing a tribute to him. I had to take the shot. Check it out 2 posts back.

I think it is a really good use until a buyer can be found :-)
