Today's theme for the Saturday PhotoHunt is HEAVY. Some time ago I could have done a self-portrait, maybe on the bathroom scales, but not now. Now I'm slim(ish) so it wouldn't work.
So I've gone back to work done late last summer.
We have a poorly-drained garden that turns to mud at every opportunity. Cutting the grass is a nightmare, as our (electric!) mower doesn't work well under water for some reason! Before the worst of the winter rains could begin we decided to make our long desired alterations to keep our feet as dry as possible. The first picture shows concrete blocks being carried from the delivery point at the front to an area inside the gate. They will eventually form the floor of a work shed and greenhouse. Those blocks were heavy!
The next two show the delivery of a tonne of pebbles. The delivery lorry found the load heavy.

Those are heavy indeed!
I am not capable of handling those heavy materials. I'm glad there are machines and tools made to help man take care of them.
Thanks for visiting mine.

Have a great week!
Your garden must look pretty neat now, after those heavy lifting and heavy work.
Have a great week!
Thank you all for your comments - I'm overwhelmed by all your visits. And in answer to your kind questions, I have to say that the garden is so much nicer now.
HOw did I manage to get so far behind over here? LOL! It's nice to see how it looked before. Makes me appreciate all the hard work it took to get the yard in shape. We had a load of pea gravel delivered once and had to move it the same way. And you are right. IT IS HEAVY! xoxoxo
