ABC Wednesday - E

It's ABC Wednesday again, and this week is letter E.

E is for

EXERCISE

The above picture shows a collection of the exercise equipment currently gathering dust in my room (all except the Slendertone, which does get used every day). I am supposed to be exercising to help improve my weight and general fitness. At the moment I have absolutely no desire at all to improve anything.

So there!

Maybe when the weather gets a bit warmer . . . . .

For information on ABC Wednesday, go here.

Happy Wednesday!

It's amazing how many people have duty exercise equipment in their basements. Good for you for admitting it! ;-)

Exercise is very hard to do but we all need it after all the EATING we do.

Good choice for the E:)

I wonder how many of us could dig out a collection of unused exercise equipment! I certainly could. I didn't think of exercise though the sight of me exercising would frighten children!

Cool, I hadn't seen this Alphabet thing before! I have NO exercise equipment around...just running shoes and the great outdoors!

Hi there!

I have to confess to not liking your E, BUT solely because I posted yesterday on my need to do Exercise to aid my diet & Being Good health regime!!! Otherwise I'd say' clever idea!'

Oh exercise really does begin with E. So far the only type of exercise I'm going regularly is walking...
I'll have to add some of this harder exercise soon...

At least you are straight forward…I like that

It sure is hard work to exercise! I went to the gym this morning and rode the recumbent bike for 30 minutes and then did strength exercises for a while. But my back is so bad right now, I couldn't even manage the treadmill. It's so exhausting trying to keep going. Maybe we can encourage each other! :D

An interesting assortment of exercising gadgets. Most of us know what we should do...but...getting motivated is hard.

I have a similar pile.
But at least you are using one of them!
Thanks for visiting my Saturday Photo Hunt

LOL! My excercise equipment
is my legs! It was a beautiful
day to walk. It was so cold
yesterday and today it's warm.
It was so nice. I walk in the
cold, but I like walking more
when it is warm.

Have a Blessed Happy Fun
Creative Healthy Year!!!

We bought an exercise bike at our parish auction last fall. It gets used about once every two weeks. But I do walk and hike. I must walk a lot to keep in training for my 60 mile walk for breast cancer research in September.

Well, I didn't think about exercise and I sure could more of that in my life.

Something we all need to do more often.

That is precisely why I have avoided buying exercise equiment - we have enough dust gatherers in the house :)

I do enjoy going for walks though. After watching the eclipse this moring went for a walk at 5am

Starnge - have you been raiding my wardrobe? There's a similar collection in there. Glad you have a healthy attitude to not excercising!

Another creative "E" I would have never thought of!! and I am with you on the part about not feeling like exercise...it is way to cold and icy for me to even walk the dogs....

E is for EXERCISE ! Good.
Well, yesterday I managed to Exit out the back door to Enjoy snow shoeing and Exercise on the Endless and Excellent hard-packed snow. (Five Es in one sentence! Eureka!)

Thanks for all your visits and comments. I'm slowly catching up with everything - probably in time to drop behind again over the weekend!

How did I ever fill my days before I started blogging?

Dragonstar said...

Well done Seev! All those "E"s took some finding!
You take care with your snow.

Neat E post! Something everyone should do....but most of us have a hard time with! You are NOT alone with that!

good E! It's so darn cold here, I've lost all desire to exercise. I can't even get up the energy to go downstairs to my treadmill! I'm must be part bear.

I'm with you - the want is there, but the will is missing!
