I think its an odd shot. Very nice.
I like this a lot .. I like the colors and the texture of the ropes and how one compliments/contrasts the other.
It is odd because most people don't think of taking photos of ropes that tie up boats. I love it! I would have taken a photo too!
Beautiful clarity on that shot. I came so very close to posting a bollard shot - but I'll keep it in reserve for a week or two!

this is VERY odd when one has no idea what the ropes are holding or where they are holding the whatever it is. Nice pic - again. ;o)
