This week's theme isyellow.
I had several ideas for the theme, but I changed my mind when I walked through town today.
You see, today has been Daffodil Day.
In towns all through Ireland bunches of daffodils are sold to make money for cancer research. I bought these bright yellow beauties in Main Street.

When I was a young girl, I always knew spring had arrived when I saw these flowers blooming! The fragrance was heavenly!

They sell them here in Canada as well to rraise money for cancer research. nice to know that soem good things have a way of spreading. Great choice for this week's theme.

How beautiful those daffodils are! We wont be seeing much in flowers for a few weeks here in Michigan...In fact it is snowing a bit right now! YUCK! lol. My hunt is up, please come and visit soon

I never heard of daffodils being sold for cancer research, but it's a great idea. They always symbolize hope for me. Lovely photo.
