Saturday PhotoHunt - Hat(s).

This week's theme for the Saturday PhotoHunt is Hat(s).

I thought of the various hats that languish in my wardrobe.
I thought of the hat displays in my local shop.
I thought of the numbers of different hats owned and worn with style by my wee granddaughter.
Then I realised that the perfect example was standing by my bed, scaring night-time troubles away.
This delightful scarecrow was knitted for me, a couple of years ago, by my second daughter.

Here's a close-up of his hat.
As you can see, he makes room for a mouse to live in comfort.

For more hats, visit TNChick.

Happy Hunting.

This is DARLING!!! I want one.

I'm not a hat person, but I found 'hats' around our home that will work for the hunt. Come on over if you can. I would love to have your company.

This is very cute, and you did a nice job with the photography. The colors are great and the personal connection makes this very special. Nice job with the theme.

By the way, over at my blog I'm starting a new photo-meme for Sundays based on my Sunday Scenery posts. The details can be found on the Sunday Scenery Photo Meme page on my blog. I hope you'll consider joining the fun.

He's cute. Like his hat. Here's a few different hats on some of the miniature dolls I've made and/or collected at my website, http://cverstraete.com/dolls/dolls_1.html

Your second daughter is a beautiful knitter! If I had a hat, it would be worn so infrequently, if ever, a mouse could easily live in it unnoticed.

That's a real nice floppy green hat on mr. scarecrow. And does he really work to scare away the nighttime fears? Your daughter did an amazing job on him!
