Monochrome Monday

I want to apologise to those of you who left me kind comments last week and didn't get a response. I've been lagging far behind (again!) but I should be back to normal visiting very soon. Thank you all for continuing to put up with me.

Monochrome Monday is hosted by Aileni.

More participants can be found on the Monochrome Maniacs page - as long as the Linky keeps working!

Come and join the fun.

It is a very striking picture. Definitely the right choice. What makes it special is that you took it on B&W setting, knowing what you wanted.
Great.

I like this shot. Draws me up the side looking for the top.

Now I like this. The stark lines against nature's fronds of the plant work really well together. Only a monochrome would work for this.

Excellent shot... the b&w works perfectly.

Great MM selection. The BW really allows the complexity of the lines to pop out and I like how you included a bit of the plant in the foreground. Enjoy MM and hi from San Ramon.

That is a TALL tower ... and quite a lot of looking to do ... really a nice contrast ... angles and lines

Nice contrast between the natural and the man made.

The tower is a well presented subject in this mono. I like it!
