It appears I may be your first visitor this hunt. Crystalized Ginger looks like it would be lovely. I am not supposed to have candy, so I restrict myself to occasional chocolate.

I have never heard of it before...it looks like what they use of tea in Germany, only I know it is not ginger...

I adore crystallised ginger, but once upon a time I wouldn't touch it. Times change, so does the waistline :)
That's a popular delicacy from where I am and I think it's called "kundol" in the native language.
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh, yum. And where do we find these? Are they bagged candies? I'd love to try them. Where? Where, do we go to find them?

I love crystallized ginger! I first tasted it last year when some recipe called for it, although now I don't remember what the recipe was... Great picture for today's theme!

I tried those, not my favorite
I love candied ginger. It's not my favorite as I'm a traditional chocolate type, but a nice piece of candied ginger isn't bad!
