And R is for
RIVER
The river runs through Dungloe, forming several small lakes on the way. It leaves the last lake through sluices and over a weir.

Nice choice. I particularly like the first picture.
Water and rivers can be fun - especially like this.
Loved it!! I love the sea, but also like to jump into a river once in a while!!!!
your river shots are beautiful. & I especially like that last shot.
That's so pretty ...I love the photo with the bridge, its not the prettiest but to me its the most involving, so much to look at... Thanks, Meri!

Thank you Dragonstar for a run down the river in Dungloe! Beautiful series of images along the way. Great choice!
Beautiful photos, especially when enlarged. Have a great day tomorrow. Here it's almost midnight.
Beautiful R photos! I'm entranced by the bridge shot...would love to stand there and observe!
Makes one realise we livein a very attractive place.
I love the iron railings! And the light in that last photo is fantastic!
Is it R already?!
Waterways are always fascinating! I can watch waterfalls for a long time ans listen to the thundering sound of the falling water. Thanks for sharing and for your visit!
