There's a narrow lane I often take as a short-cut to the supermarket. This lane runs between two houses and their gardens, and is much used by local school-children. I suppose that's the reason for putting this poor, lopsided lamp in a cage - unless it's to prevent escape!

I think that lamp will still defiantly give off light .. you cant keep a good lamp caged

I was trying to work out what craeture would live there before I read the post. Never seen a caged lamp post before, very odd.
