Frustration

I've found PHOTOHUNTER, which links blogs participating in the Saturday PhotoHunt. I like the idea and I'd like to join in. I'm supposed to add a button to my sidebar, but for the life of me I can't make it work.
I've tried everything I can think of, and nothing's worked.
Now, I have to admit that I'm a total beginner at all this, and I'm all at sea. All very frustrating!

On the plus side, I've managed to give this blog a new look, which is very pleasing. Pyzam made it simple for me - no thinking required at all - so I had no trouble.

I suppose I just need someone to lead me by the hand, step by careful step. Ah well, I'll keep trying.
