While away with Second Daughter we visited Valence House Museum in Dagenham, London.
We walked through the herb garden, and this is what we found.

New Toy

Look what the postwoman brought me today.

The loveliest tiny Turkish Spindle, just over 5 inches (12.5cm) long.
Now I just can't wait to try it out!

Here be Dragons!

I found this old window on the side of The Milestone Hotel in London.

They look rather like sea serpents, but they do have small wings.
I love the way their tails entwine.

They look very fierce!

Reflections.

Seen outside the Duty Free shop on Irish Ferries Ulysses from Dublin to Holyhead.

This was taken last Saturday evening. By this time I'd been travelling from 11am, and would still be on the move until nearly 11am on Sunday!
