This is great. Took me a minute to figure out what's reflected and what's upright. Very interesting shot and beautiful place.

They have said it all. Being me, I had to consider loading a boat from those steps as akward to say the least.

Another lovely reflection image. This one in mono looks very nice. (I just commented on your weekend reflection image).
To your anwswer about the horse. I had to go back in my archive to look for other pictures of the horse, and found one. It seem it's a young male.
Have a great weekend!

The steps and their associated black mass really bind the elements of this image together.

Your image really captures the strong afternoon lighting. The masonry "shines" with the light and the reflections are mirror like in their intensity.

Light makes all the difference doesn't it. Thanks for dropping by. That first shot of mine pleased me. I had never been to the park when the sun was out. I went in the morning with the hopes of catching strong side lighting. I wasn't disappointed and will be returning.

I want to shoot that same view in a misty drizzle or light fog.

Absolutely beautiful, such a clear reflection and it works so well in mono.
