 I was flat-sitting for my daughter this morning.

As I looked out of her window I realised there was a lot of hard work happening below me.

Aileni was taken to hospital in the early hours of Saturday morning.  I spent some time staring at these symbols, trying to work them out, but my brain wouldn't co-operate.

All is well again now, and he's safe home, but I was very late finishing my visiting this week.

Unexpected Visitor.

This Sparrowhawk  suddenly appeared in our garden, making a meal out of a small bird.

I took the photo through the kitchen window, so the quality isn't as good as it could be, and the hawk kept its eye on me. 

 It left as soon as it had eaten, flying away between the houses.
