It's taken me a long time to get round to posting the results of my London visit last July.
My daughters briefly visited KnitNation the previous year, and they were determined to manage the full weekend this year.
They were also determined that I should go with them.
They saved and planned and saved - and off to London I went for the first holiday since my eldest was born (in 1978!)
I loved the whole event.
The market opened at lunchtime on the Saturday. Oh, the wonderful colours and yarns! The money I'd brought soon ran out, but I had a lot to show for it as you can see.

I bought the Boye NeedleMaster set (at the bottom of the picture) greatly reduced, from a lady from France who didn't get on with it.

And here it is, very helpfully holding a skein of wool for me to wind.Life is so much easier now!
Did I mention that I enjoyed my holiday?

Oo you have some lovely colours there. I love the pinks. I'm glad you showed the swift open and in use as I'm afraid I didn't know what it was! I can see how having a fold-up one would be an advantage though!
