Winter vegetation can look good in B&W - less boiled cabbage.
Nice one!"My Monochrome Weekend"
less boiled cabbage? hehe
I like photos like this. There's a lot to explore and the divide between the two halves adds drama.Lucy
This is really a winter we do not now here:-)The shot is great in b/w!
Wow lush greens in black and white! Outstanding.
Monochrome it is .... but now I'm tired of the winter, I want all the green to come back!
That's a beautiful shot. I love the way the winter greens look in monochrome.
Really very nice! I think there is a good balance in this photo, DragonStar. Very pretty photo.
Oh, this is amazing!this plants looks so wonderful in mono:)
You we're wondering about what it was on my monochrome photo. It's snow with shadows from some trees. I tilted the camera somewhat. :)I wish we could have som greenery in winter but it's just snow, snow, snow. :(
a very good choise for monochrome photo. The grass, or reed maybe, is simply beautiful.
This looks like maybe some herbs in there? Nice little patch!
Beautiful winter greenery in black and white.Fantastic! Aileni's comment made me smile.
Looks lovely in b&W.

Nice monochrome!
I like the tones and the textures.
I wish they were green... :-)
Beautifully exposed shot.
Nice tones and textures :)
beautiful,ilove this one...
What I like is the constrating leaf forms and then the contrast in colour from the depth to the surface, highlighting the whole.
very pleasant!
Good idea in using B&W for a greenery composition, Dragonstar. It immediately puts focus on the texture and contrast seen here.
I agree with Aileni, this photo is so sweet!Just stopping by to send a kiss and thank you for stopping by at my place too! :o)Lots of love from us.
