Wondering what happened there
...the bigger they are the harder they fall!
I feel there is a back story here....
If it lights up, I'll become worried.
I still can't figure out what it is after several observations, but it fascinates me.
@kwarkito - the curve is where the access to the wiring was once. I don't know what exactly happened to the light, but one day I saw it was badly bent. The pole has been cut down and the wiring tied up. The lamp was situated outside a Bar, maybe that had something to do with the damage :) More likely a delivery vehicle reversed into it.
