That looks like a very cool metal spiral staircase with noir shadowing but I'm not sure what's at the bottom...not a woman in a wheelchair I hope ("Kiss of Death").

To those wondering - this is my red and grey plastic mop-bucket, out in the sun to air-dry. I couldn't resist the shadows ;)
