I found one of last year's Hydrangea flower heads, dry, blowing against the wall.
It was hard to get a clear photo - too many patterns.
This macro is back-lit, but could be sharper.
I think I need to keep trying!

Nice capture of patterns in monochrome.
I like it )
Beautiful pictures.
I like these two photos very much,- fantastic details and patterns!
Have a nice weekend:)
It looks very beautiful and fragile. It reminds me of delicate lace.
You've captured such amazing detail in the dried flower.
looks great to me
So beautiful pictures! And I just love the second one!
It does have great patterns and a lacy delicate frame. Your shot is not bad though. Do you have a tripod-that might have helped. I don't have one either but hope to add one to my gear.
Your photos look great! Very nice patterns!
I think your experiments are wonderful! Amazing how lacy that pattern is! Thank you again for the opportunity to share black and white.
I love both shots.
The patterns look like multiple cobweb threads. Intriguing macros.
Nice photos in B & W, great, the maze of life!
Stunning shots.

Great detail!
I like the business of the patterns, great focus and lovely soft backgrounds.
Looks like entering another world. Nice!
Nature's own lace weavers!
Fine macro patterns in the skeleton of that flower perfect in b&w.
I bet it was difficult to get a clear shot, but the result is fantastic!
This is definitely something I would shoot, too! It's awesome!
Liked the 2nd pic better!
