The pebbles look set in a deliberate pattern... like a garden feature. So nmany subtle variations of shape.

That was hard work for someone, putting together a bank of pebbles. I think this is a tough shot to take because of the different shades of white, black, and grey. Kudos to you.

Being used to pebbles large and in piles, the striking thing to me about this picture is that yours are laid flat in the ground.
