They don't look in too bad, considering they have been out in the elements for a while. Wonder if they were abandoned because they leak?

Abandoned shoes or caps are quite a common sight near our beaches - especially in summer. And in spite of the crowds of people, somehow they seem to stay there for days. One day during last winter, I saw a knitted beanie one a foreshore walkway post.
