The Weekend in Black and White

 Light
at one end of a local car park.
There are many lights, all illuminating the car park.
This light points to the sky.
The post is covered with ivy.

Visit the Home Page for many excellent black and white photographs from all over the world.

I love it. Nice contrast between the light fixture at the top and the ivy climbing up to join it.

From this perspective, it looks like some kind of fantasy light. Beautiful.

Nice catch.

It's amazing what plants grow in/on. There is a huge growth of vines on power lines over a road where I often walk. I always hope the weight of them doesn't pull the lines down on me or someone else.

Seems the light is trying to escape the rising ivy...
