I didn't realize it was stairs at first. It's almost an optical illusion. I like it a lot.
I would say the same as Annemor.. it is a superb photo. Splendid - The lines in this make your eyes follow all the way to the stair, which seems to be something "standalone"

I like the foundation or bottom part of the photo. It looks like wood and you can see the individual bolts or hardware. The stairs contrast nicely against the sky!
