great reflections in the first pic :)
I wouldn't have been able to decide either. The reflection is so cool in the first and I like the perspective in the second.
They are both pretty cool. I think I like the 2nd a little more.
I can see the trouble, it's much better this way.Have a nice evening.Mormorhttp://www.starbear.no/mormor/2013/01/25/the-weekend-in-black-and-white-8/
I like them both, Dragonstar! Cool reflection in the first one!Have a nice weekend:)
They both make interesting images Dragonstar.
Muito interessante...gosto de observar os contornos das pilhas. Um abraço!
The terminals are a different colours (well monochrome shades) on some of the batteries - maybe it's the reflected light but I'm not sure.
I vote for the first one. :)
Delicious compositions, I like.
I like them both... but I think the second is a stronger composition... well done! Thanks for your thoughtful comments at my blog:-)
Love the first photo. Great reflection and contrast.
Sometimes it's hard to decide. Cool with multiples :)http://fotochip.wordpress.com/2013/01/26/milton/
I like them both. Each has its statement to make. Glad you couldn't decide.

Both photos have real power, but I like the second one.

If I have to choose I'll vote for the first one too!:)
Nice pictures. Wish you a good weekend :)
Beautiful b%w!
You're so creative! Love it :)
Very interesting, and wonderfully done monochromes!http://amitaag.blogspot.in/2013/01/inside-cellular-jail-2.html
You always have cool shots for the challenge, these are no exception. Happy weekend!
Both good but the second is a wee bit better. Nothing mundane about batteries in the hands of an artist.
Nice angling on the second shot.
Never thought batteries could be a great subject for photography :) Very well done and I love the reflection, too.
I really do love such photos. Thanks for hosting.
The reflected image is a puzzle - can't figure it out!Interesting to think about.
Prefer the 1st pic!!
They are both nice for black and white!
Both of them are great! You are very creative!I wouldn't know either which one to choose!
