The Weekend in Black and White.

Waiting Room

Lines and light.

For those asking - no, this is not a painting but a window.  Also, the wall isn't very thick - the window area sticks out in an ugly way from the wall of the building.

I agree - very cool! So simple, but so many interesting lines and angles and shapes.

Great light coming through that window with the interesting lines. Must be a thick wall.

Interessante a caixa de entrada de luz...traduz a frieza das salas de espera. Bela composição, um abraço!

that is an amazing window (a tiny part of me is irritated that the chairs are not centered under the window - but that is me wanting perfection in all things - not always good!)

really love the effect that painting gives. And your BW treatment ads a lot to it. :)

Love how the pool of light beautifully contrasts with the horizontal line of dark chair shapes. Beautiful!

The window brings the outside in, in a manner of speaking, or carries the viewer out. Interesting feature and shot!

An interesting view before one gets to it!

I imagine the opening a portal that had sucked the unsuspecting through to another dimension - the twilight zone - and left behind only the empty chairs ;-)
