I like the way the texture looks rough and then smooth as the light changes. Also interesting the way the skewers are arranged.
To be welded and sold as a broach? I only have one skewer but my mother's kitchen had many because they were used for pinning rolled meat.
Great composition makes this both special and perfect in B&W!I wish you a great evening!
oh, they are so wonderful, loving the surface textures too.Prem
I like the texture!
cool idea! :)
The skewers are so shiny and smooth in contrast to the rough texture of the countertop making for an awesome shot this week. You are so good with your black and whites. genie
Lovely, I like the pattern & the light.
Love the fanned swirl of the skewers! Like fine art within art on a textured surface!
Wonderful composition indeed!
Fantastic idea! I really like the textured background and the way you laid the skewers out.
Not many people would have enough (or any) skewers to compose this shot, Dragonstar. And where is the dag of roast beef hanging off half-way up!Splendid arrangement. I suggest you 'wall' this one. I know you are reticent ... blame it on yer readers!
...amazing light! A lovely shot!!
