The Weekend in Black and White

After I'd taken the photo I posted last week Aileni rejoined me (he'd been doing some shopping while I rested my leg). We went into the café for a snack. I liked the look of these condiments on the table. They were against a waist-high glass wall, which caused all kinds of reflections!

Like the perspective on this - and that lovely shine on the chrome. Great capture.

I like this shot very much. A still life of condiments. Great idea.

The big three - makes me want chips with lots of salt and vinegar!

You're right about the reflections indeed.

A good weekend to you!

I love the clean, crisp look. And although I love bokeh, I am glad that the lights behind the bottles did not blur!

Happy BW weekend!

Marvelous. You managed to turn the mundane into the sublime.

I love it! I have similar salt and pepper shakers but have never thought of trying a photo.
I agree, the reflections are great fun and add a lot.

very beautiful b&w photo.

thank you for your continued encouragement.

Works well in b&w; the depth of field makes it, wouldn't be the same if the background was sharp.

I love the hugeness of the things. It gives the feeling that the things are really big and the watcher is just a small one.
Very nice.
