First Daughter is visiting, and she brought a huge box of chocolates with her.
Before very long the chocolates were disappearing.
That was when we discovered that some of the holders had pretty designs in the bottom.
That made it necessary to empty the tray to find the pictures!More black and white photos can be found through the links on the Main Page.

I have never thought about the box having pretty designs under the candy. Next time I buy a box I will have to search. These chocolates and their container made for a wonderful black and white shot. Texture and lighting make is really special. Love the selections this week.
The little patterns are interesting. I like the angle and lighting of the first shot. I have not eaten breakfast and now I'm really hungry :-)
I recognized the name, but not the experience! In
our household it was Cadbury's, or Terry's (for my mother), and Smarties when the sweet ration would
run to it...A very interesting take on a classy wrapping for a delectable looking chocolate rarely seen about
today. Such variation of contrasts in the b/w spectrum.
